Toxic Fashion

 

The NGO (Greenpeace) has found out the brands such as Versace, Louis Vuitton, Dior and Dolce & Gabbana all have contained toxic chemicals inside their products(Source). These toxic chemicals will bring adverse impact on the human reproductive, hormonal and immune systems. Although the toxic chemicals won’t affect our health immediately, it will damage our health in time especially for children(Source). Greenpeace started the Detox campaign to stop factories producing clothes which contain toxic chemicals. It successfully forged 18 fashion brands, including Mango and H&M, to sign agreement on abandoning the use of toxic chemicals in the products completely by future years(Source).
